Worst Day of 2018

11 December 2018, Tuesday

Today is by far the most inconvenient day of 2018. So my morning started at 7am. My day was perfectly planned out and it was supposed to look a little something like this :-

7.00 am - Wake up & get ready

8.00 am - Leave house to uni

8.30 am - First class, MM210 Web Applications

11.30 am - Class ends, leave to The Gardens for job interview

1.00 pm - Interview starts

2.00 pm - Interview Ends, drive back to uni

3.30 pm - Last class, MM103 Creative Thinking

5.30 pm - Class ends, go home

Now, how my shitty day turned out :-

7.00 am - Wake up & get ready

8.00 am - Leave house to uni

8.30 am - Got to uni and the classes in the new campus weren't ready, my lecturer pissed me off, she cancelled class and postponed it to 12pm and later on proceeded to cancel the 12pm class as well.

9.00 am - Drove home and contemplated on what time to leave to The Gardens for my interview.

10.30 am - Walked down to my car and discovered that one of the tyres was flat.

10.45 am - Got to the petrol station and called my godpa to help me change the tyre.

11.15 am - Started driving with the spare tyre to The Gardens.

12.00 pm - Arrived at The Gardens and looked for parking.

*This was the peak of my terrible day. Every single floor of The Gardens was FULL and I drove around for an hour before I decided to ask someone who just parked if I could double park their car. When I was about to, the person next to his car was coming out so I FINALLY got a spot. By then, it was already 1.05pm. My interview was supposed to start at 1pm.

1.15 pm - Got to the office for my interview. The manager had some technical difficulties with setting up the Skype call so I had to whip out my laptop and call the boss in Sydney myself.

1.20 pm - Interview started and everything went pretty smoothly.

2.20 pm - Done with interview and I had to meet up with my Uncle to go settle my tyre.

2.25 pm - Realised that I left my parking ticket in the car. Had to go to my car, take the parking ticket, pay for it and walk back to the car. MAFAN

3.00 pm - Took a wrong turn and ended up reaching 10minutes later than I was supposed to but it's okay. Picked my uncle up. 2 of the shops he intended to go to was closed as it is a public holiday. He took over the wheel and drove to another tyre shop.

3.30 pm - Got to the tyre shop and discovered that my tyre broke. Had to pay RM120 for a brand new tyre.

3.45 pm - Had lunch at a mamak.

4.15 pm - Left Sunway.

5.00 pm - Reached home, walked out of the carpark, realised that idk where I put my house keys, had to walk back to my car, found my house keys in my bag and got up to my unit.

5.30 pm - Realised that there's a small hairline crack on my tempered glass :)

*Oh and I didn't manage to go to class because I was already late but my lecturer was really nice and understanding so he postponed my debate to next week.

MALEH my day has been so frustrating. 100 things decided to test my patience today. I'm so tired and the day is hardly over yet. A friend offered to grab food to my house to make me feel better. I kinda want some ice cream.

Oh well, that's all for now, I guess. I'm just BEYOND tired.
