Muka & Co - A collaboration

Hey guys, today I'll be talking about my collaboration with Muka & Co, a local brand!

We are working together in conjunction with Pink October to use our platforms to speak on self-esteem and confidence especially for women who are battling cancer, struggling with health or who are disabled.

I would like to say that no matter what we may look like on the outside, what counts is our inner beauty. How we treat one another with kindness and sincerity, how we respect people of different races and of different social classes, how we help and encourage instead of judge from afar. Trust me, your inner beauty will radiate and shine through. In my opinion, inner beauty outweighs outer beauty.

Let's talk about self-esteem. It's really important to have a good self-esteem. In case you don't quite fully understand the word, self-esteem reflects an individual's overall subjective emotional evaluation of his or her own worth. It is the decision made by an individual as an attitude towards the self. It simply means that self-esteem is what you think of yourself. Whether you're good enough, tall enough, pretty enough, smart enough or not.

Why is it important to have a good self-esteem? Having a good self esteem is like a confidence boost to yourself! How much do you believe in yourself? Are you proud of how far you've come and how much you've achieved so far? I want you to remember that no one can do you better than you. It's okay if we look different, we're all made different for a reason. We're all unique and special in our own ways and it's up to us on how we'd like to take charge of our lives. What for be like everyone else when you can be your own person?

On that note, remember that everyone has a different 'timeline' to life. Don't worry if your friend graduates at 22 and you're barely halfway through your degree. Life isn't a competition on who achieves what first. Every individual is different. We all have different goals and ambitions in life. As long as you're focused on what you want to achieve, you'll get there!
