My go-to 20 minute makeup look

I don't have the best skin and it's something I have to deal with everyday. Here's my take on a quick fix to cover up my scars and look presentable when I need to.

My go-to 20 minute makeup look

Here's a run through of how I do my makeup. All products mentioned will be listed below.

I start my routine by prepping my skin with my moisturiser followed by my primer. Next, I'll damp my Beauty Blender and apply my foundation evenly all over my face. I usually skip concealer because my foundation is full-coverage and I don't have severe dark circles under my eyes. Then I'll set my entire face with loose powder, because my skin gets oily throughout the day. Done with the base.

After my base, I'll go ahead and bronze my face with some bronzer, contour my nose and put on some blush on my cheeks. Brows are next. I use a coloured brow gel to fill in and set my brows in place. Because it's a quick look, I skip concealing my brows. Next comes highlighter, my favourite part. I highlight the high points of my face which are the top of my cheekbones, the bridge of my nose, my Cupid's bow and my brow bones.

Next, I do my eyes and lips. For my eyeshadow, I used my bronzer on my lids to give them a tinge of colour. Then I curled my non-existent eyelashes and put on some mascara. I topped off my eye look by highlighting the inner corners of my eyes, to look more alive. Lastly, I put on my favourite nude lipstick and I'm good to go.

I usually set my face at the end with setting spray but today, I forgot :)
